Another Post for Any Thing Goes Challenge

Here are a couple of cards that Mrs. T did and they turned out so well I thought they should be entered in the Anything Goes Challenge..

The top card is for Greg's retirement and the bottom is for Tara's engagement.. They sure turned out lovely..

March Challenge Anything Goes

We are a little late with March's Challenge but we are here now..

Here is my card..
A Birthday Card that you will have to see.. Made with a new Embossing folder that really works well.. Colored with Distress Inks, add a little ribbon and beads.. quick and easy..

I also did the following one.. it is for my dad's 84th Birthday which is Friday.. I hope he has it by now.. it went in the mail over a week ago.. this one is done with Distress Ink and a little Inka Gold..

Engagement Card and Retirement Card

Well I'm off this afternoon to a Friends Retirement Part that has turned into his Daughters Engagement Party as well..  short notice on the Engagement Party so the card was a quick one.. had the card for Greg figured out just hadn't put it together yet..

I figure now that the Engagement and Wedding are on I don't know if Greg can afford to do the retirement.. but romour has it he is going back part time.. (we will have to see how long that lasts)

So will show you the retirement one first and have you scroll down for the engagement one..

If you didn't realize it from the card Greg worked at Telus.. he also likes to fish I am told.. Hope you get to enjoy your retirement Greg..

Have had a hard time trying to get the colors right with the picture.. But quite pleased with the way this one turned out for Tara and Brian..

Love the way the wine glasses turned out.. wish I could take credit for thinking of putting T & B on them.. but that was Barb.. she did it on a card for our anniversary..

Now for those that don't know Tara is the Owner of Creative Accents so be sure to hop on over there and wish her the best..  If you are wondering that is why things have not changed on the Challenge site as well.. She seems to have her head in the clouds right now..  We will bring her back down to earth we hope next week sometime..

I am wishing them all the best in the future.. with Greg's retirement as well..

March Stamp of the Month at Creative Accents

Just a quick write up here on the March Stamp of the Month ... Lovely seed stamp..

Here is what I have done with it.. have some ideas and will work on them this week end hopefully and post for you next week..

The stamp is from Stampendous Called  Cling Seed Background. I think this is going to be a fun one..
Sorry don't remember the name of the papers used but they are new in at the store as well.. The butterfly is also a new one.. Love it.. from Memory Box as well as the Vine I used on the card.
